What To Do If Your
Dog Is Attacked
It happens sometimes. You are walking your dog, you go to get the mail, or are just standing in your driveway. Then suddenly for no reason, your dog is attacked by another dog (usually not on a leash). The natural reaction for all of us is to get between the dogs to try to separate them. In most cases, either you will get bit by the attacking dog or by your dog.
Instead, do this. When your dog is attacked, go behind the dog that is being aggressive, grab it's hindlegs, and lift the dog into the air by its legs. They become defenseless and cannot bite you. This works for any size dog because they get their strength and agility from their hind quarters.
We thought it was a great tip, and hope you do too!
